    need advice on RETURN a Toshiba Laptop

    I just bought one from ToshibaDriect and my laptop in building process, Toshiba has not shipped to me yet.

    While I don't need it cos my company gave me a new one. So anybody has some experience in return a toshiba laptop??? I want to know the detail in how to return it. Is Toshiba would give u a hard time in return??? THX

    If it has not shipped, you should be able to call them and cancel the order.

    it is not shippped, but building mau started, would that matter??

    Well, just phone in a tell them that you want to return it.
    Earlier the better

    Best thing is to phone ahead and cancel the order but if all fail :

    I once had a problem like that when they "surprised" me by shipping me a BTO notebook after declining my order in the first place , just refuse the package .
