just yesterday my 4 yr old toshiba a75-205 woud not boot up and was giving me the blue screen saying "unmountable boot volume"
Im not really sure how to fix it since I had my motherboard replaced a few years ago and now the recovery CD that comes with the laptop is saying "wrong machine"

once i get this case can I just hook the case up tp another PC and get the info i wanted? -
You need one with a IDE connector.
-
k...size??? 2.5???
it says ata/ide on my hard drive -
Yes 2.5..........
-
whats the difference with sata and ata? I found some cases that are for sata/ide
-
You cannot use a SATA drive so don't buy one. You need a 2.5" IDE or PATA drive.
