    need help- cannot boot from cd

    my tecra M2V-S300 was recently repaired and the shop did not install many toshiba utilities. this is causing several problems and one is i cannot boot from cd.

    i have tried the F2, F12 and and "0" and "C" keys at POWER-UP. nothing happens with F2 or F12 or 0, (i.e., it keeps booting from hard disk)....but with C the, it stops booting.

    also, i have not been able to get to the bios setup or any toshiba console/help

    ok you want to go to your bios settings and configure your boot order

    i think its like del on toshiba

    tried clicking the "Del" key at power-up , nothing happens, the laptop keeps booting from hard drive
