    hi, i need DMI tools to recover computer ID, Serial Number, etc. Thanks for help

    You should be able to get that information by going into the bios.

    in bios my notebook detected as L500 not L510, and ID is 000000000000.

    anyone who have DMI tools please share to me..... :)

    The DMI controls are for image purposes only - Meaning that when the factory installs the "image" the DMI is read and based on that DMI the correct Image is installed - It is not intended for consumer/user use.

    May I ask - Why do you need the DMI utility?
