    I have a model M15-s405 it has finally stoped booting up and says i have a corrupt NTFS file. i do not have any disks for this computer. is there a way to reformat the hard dr at startup so i can reinstall xp and start over? thanks for any info.

    The only way would be through a disk, contact Toshiba and see if they have a recovery disk you can buy.

    Info on Corrupt NTFS file - computer would not boot. found 1 of the memory module went bad. removed it starts normal again.
