Go to Run in your start up menu. type in msconfig hit enter, a gray colored block will show up in the middle of your screen left click on the start up tab find launcher in left side column remove the check mark click apply and then okay. Restart when you get the prompt. after you restart another box will show up put a check mark in the lower left hand corner of that box. then click okay again. You can also diable it in your device manager after you remove it from your start-up.
    Hope this helps!
