In the device manager, how many (if any) uninstalled devices do you see?

Also, did the driver install properly or did it stop during installation?

One more question. Are you running Vista or XP?

When you began to install the drivers it likely created a folder in the C:/ directory. (The installation executable extracts all the driver files to a directory before installing, that is the directory you need to get to.)

In the device manager right click on the device which is not installed and in the prporties hit 'update driver'. Navigate it to the driver directory.
