I have read many posts in different forums about how easy it is to do. Pull the heatsink. Clean out debris and overheating/crashing problem is solved. I have exchanged parts in some of my towers over the years, but this is my first venture inside a notebook. I have a satellite p25. i've seen the pics at irisvista. I have the cover off. I removed the four torq screws. I see the silver cover. How firmly do I have to pull up to remove the heatsink/processor. I would appreciate any additional tip, tricks, hints from those who have "bravely gone before" me. I have pulled and it didn't budge. So, I wanted additional info before proceeding. Thanks much.
