    hello everybody i am new to this forum and i have a question for al the experts here. I have a toshiba sat (A100) laptop n i got a virus on it everytime i turn it on i get a doss window which i have to close b4 the system would start up it a Vt100.exe error i called in n was told my best bet would be to restore the lappy with the restore cd provided i already back up all my files now i m scared of backin up i have never done it n i am scared i m screw it up.
    i just wanna know if its easy and if there is anything i have to loook out for. all help is greatly appreciated.
