    where cani download a more recent driver for my grafic fx 6600 go grafic card?

    the one one toshiba website is the 73.00 i want a more recent one

    You can try downloading directly from NVidia. I'm not 100% if they'll work or not as I remember abother user trying the 77.00 for mobile chips and it didn't accept. Other than that, you can try www.OmegaDrivers.net but I don't think they're upto 77 or even 73 yet.

    what exactly do the new drivers do for the video card?

    I'm not sure exactly what these new 77.00 drivers do, but usually they include fixes for games/apps and in some cases, also increase overall performance. But in this case, if you're not having any problems with your current drivers, there's no need to change.
