    I see the program in my utilities, but it won't let me turn it on. I've tried google, but can't find the answer.

    Can someone help me? I'm about to head out traveling and want to make sure that the hard drive head thingo is in the safest place possible so I can not worry about something funky happening (since I had a few problems the other week).
