my sound was there one day, gone the next? have tried all the simple things to get it back to no avail? am looking to download sound driver, as i think mine has been corrupted or gone from malware maybe?
but, can't find the driver for it on this site? no A120 sat pro's listed?
can anyone enlighten me to this mystery? thanx

Look on the bottom of the laptop. It should state your full model number there. It will be something like : Satellite Pro A120-PSAC0. Post what it says here and I'll find it for you. :)

It's no hassle :) . I come on here and talk while I am at work and have nothing to do. So I'm bored anyway ;) . XP has ZIP built into it. Just right click on the zipped folder and select, "Extract All". It is the third or fourth option from the top of the list. That will open the "extraction wizard". Let me know if you still have trouble :) .

hello greg, all was going ok, the download was happening.... then, an error message came & it said: couldn't download from that site, & had an option to use another site.
maybe my firewall, virus definitions?
i thought i would pester you before i chose another site? tho' i am thinking i should just save up $$ & put it in to repair later.
