Ok this is a bit odd... the x200 in the Toshiba s1193 is listed as having 128mb of Shared RAM. But in the Windows XP system Information, etc. its listed as having 256mb of RAM. I checked the bios and its listed as having 128mb and thats the only setting so you cant increase/decrease it in bios.
From my recent experience with x1300/x1400 cards It seems to behave like its got 128mb dedicated and 128mb shared from system ram, which is a bit strange for an x200. Also when looking at available memory in Windows it looks like its pulling 128mb from system ram.
Anyone know what the deal is here?

i believe you've answered your own question. the ati200m comes in two flavours (one with 128mb dedicated ram and without), and you have the better of the two.
