    HI i own a toshiba Qismio E10 system unit with model no PQE10L- 01D00X

    the laptop is almost 2 years old now. my sister by mistake has put a bios password and the problem is that she cannot recollect it. i have a feeling that the comp is locked. Everytime i turn the laptop on all is see is the Qosmio logo and a black screen appears asking for the password. i have gone to the toshiba centre in mumbai they couldnt figure out a solution. Please it would me my sincere request that you reply to my mail
