    i own a toshiba a100 laptop - core duo t2350 1.8ghz, 1 gb ram

i know its old stuff but the problem is even gmes like warcraft 3 work extremely slow on this....that makes it very annoying to play...warcraft is an old game and used to run slightly better than this on my old p3 550mhz...
so i dont understand why this is happening
ive tried formatting the computer and stuff but it still remains this way....i remember i played most wanted on this computer as soon as i had got it at low setting and got a reasonable fps...
    any suggestions?

i just installed rm clock and speedfan...
it shows that the comp is runnin most of the time at 800mhz instead of 1.8ghz...how do i correct this?
also speedfan shows that the normal temperature of the 2 cores is around 60C which is quite high rite?
any 1 hv any sugestions as to how i can correct this?

open it up and clean out all of the dust. then replace the thermal paste with a high performence paste.

also you can undervolt, there is a thread on this website.

yea i know how to undervolt.....
but in the rmclock settings the option of chosing the type of computer was greyed out....dunno why?
is it ok if i go ahead and undervolt without this settings or do these make a difference???
