so i have a toshiba satellite p305 that runs pretty darn well on XP + SP3. the only problem is i'll shut down the laptop, and it'll turn off just fine. but what happens is the computer will reboot itself after a few hours and then just go into stand-by mode.

any ideas what's going on or how to fix it?
