This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Has anyone tried to run live linux on this notebook?
    ( I tried ubuntu 5.04 and it stopped loading while detecting devices :( )

    havent tried on that particular model, but i did previously get dual boot linux/winxp on a satellite before. i would imagine it could at lease load a live linux cd.
