I have an A105-S4074 laptop, the battery PA3399U-2BRS is reported as recall BUT the "check Battery test" reporst otherwise.
I try to send an email, but I can't find any where an address to send to, they want us to report by phone only (no trace of the report this way).
How I can handle this problem?, should something happen, god forbite, will be all my faul, and I am running out time -end of the year ends the recall.
any tips, suggestions, etc. will be appreciated.

I suggest you just call in. I'm sure you will get a case # or confirmation # for your records.
You could try emailing them, but I suspect they would simply refer you to the Recall program which means you would have to call in anyway. -
ya just call toshiba's support line... you don't want that to explode on your lap and blow your ...... off
