Hi i bought this Toshiba satellite m300/300 notebook last week an have had a headache ever since as it will not remain in sleep mode from the lid closing to start menu sleep,we have checked all the advanced settings seems ok but Toshiba satellite m300/300 notebook always wakes up after 10 minutes in sleep mode and then makes lots weird noises like static sounds plus it over heats the fan speed goes balistic i am at a loss at what to do also when this happens you cannot shut it down i need to hold the power icon for 5 seconds to shutdown Toshiba satellite m300/300 notebook.
