    MY NAME: Felix Perez

OPERATING SYS: windows vista home edition.

ISSUE:  hey i just bought a laptop from toshiba since 3 days, one of those days i was using it and windows got freezed and the touchpad suddenly stopped working then i restarted my computer and it returns well but the touchpad didnt work so i unnistalled the drivers and installed it again but anyways the touchpad is not working currently.

I go to the device manager of it and it says: "this device is working properly" but really it doesnt work.

What can i do?????? and what should i do?????

Then it is probably hardware related, you should go and get a refund or exchange and see if the problem persists.
