    well i heard from couple people that toshibas do not make good laptops. i heard complaints about that the hard drive dies and its not a stable machine. anyone who can confirm this true or not? thx :cool:

    Well, Toshiba's quality has obviously declined from previous years, espiecally in it's Satellite series.

    But their machines aren't bad, especially their Tecra line, and the Quosmio is really nice.

    Well, I recently purchased (and returned) a Toshiba M55. I will say that the keyboard quality was terrible and the rest was very thin plastic. HP PCs seem to feel a little sturdier in the case andy keyboard to me. Sorry but I can't speak to the internal quality since I was disappointed enough to return mine.

    Toshiba has some good models, like I always say, buy the computer, not the brand.

    i think toshibas are fairly reliable...depends on the one u get...i have satellite m40 and ppl say it is great...it also comes with a lotta stuff...
