[]hi everyrone and anyone, this might sound like a really bizarre question but i'll give it a shot anyway is it possible to connect a playstation consule to my A60 laptop and use the laptops screen to play games on it the reason why i ask is that i love the lappie but it's not the best for playing games(it's only 64mb graphics)it's got tv out and i just wondered if it can display in reverse.the playstation i'm thinking of getting is the little fella they brought out (more choice of games)thanks[

some laptops do support such a thing, you'd need an S-Video in port rather than S-Video out. I'm not sure if your laptop has that port built in though.
If not, you can buy adapters that go into your USB port and then you can plug your S-video out from the Playstation into this. Here's a product page for such a device

Yeah, any good USB "TV Tuner" should do the job. I guess what's to seek for a notebook is one that doesn't need external power, if that's possible.
And one other thing to keep an eye on: try to find a device that's classified as a tv tuner, because if it's a "capture" device only, like the dVD Express I bought and regretted a little because of this, these can incur a delay in video signal. For example, with my DVD Express, I see the picture and sound about 2 seconds after it was sent to the device. Even though it is realtime, the compressor buffers data and doesn't send it in realtime
