    I just got a satellite m305d-s4830.it has 4 gigs of ram and an amd 2.1 proc.On my older laptop I used to get 30-33,000 down and 4.5 up.Now I still get good download speeds but my upload dropped to 3.8.I swapped the modem and splitter out,still no improvement.My isp says my modem is working fine.Could it be just the way this machine is configured?Any help would be appreciated.
