    I'm new to toshiba what new models have softthinks restore recovery partition. For those who don't know this is a second copy of the operating system located on the hard drive it allows you to reload your operating system without using CD's or DVD's I know some toshiba's have this and some don't I am a road warrior and the CD's or DVD's get scratched no matter how careful I am.
