Today evening, I just noticed a white bar going on on the bottom of my screen. Its small which looks like its pushing the taskbar a little upwards. I tried restarting the laptop to see if it would go away, and it would still stay there. Even when the notebook starts up, it shows up even before the O/S loads. I wonder if it is normal that it would be there or is there a way that I can fix this? Could it be that my screen has gotten adjusted upwards a little? Please help. thanks.

P.S. I didnt do any changes on my laptop. The white bar is very small under the taskbar.
