Okay so, im wondeing which hard drive is Disk 1. Im trying to upgrade my hard drive. When looking on the bottom of the laptop, is the Larger Hard Drive Cover disk 1 or is the Smaller Hard drive cover disk 1.
I Hope its not the smaller one because when i sent my Laptop to Best Buy to get a processor upgrade, it appears the people who did it were kind enough to screw the screw too tightly.... :(

Is your screwdriver large enough? I use a Craftsman #0 Phillips head screwdriver for all my laptop needs. It is just the right size. Try pressing down the screwdriver super hard and then try to turn it if you have the correct screwdriver.

Im pretty sure im using the right screwdriver. Im afraid to press any harder because im afraid i might mess up the Motherboard or screen if i press too hard.

You shouldn't be able to mess up the screen or anything if you have the laptop on a soft surface. I'm quite surprised that the Best Buy people tightened the screw that much. Just apply a reasonable amount of force vertically onto the screw and rotate the screwdriver counterclockwise. If that fails, I don't exactly know of any other methods to get the screw out.

I read somewhere that i could use Needle nosed pliers. Maybe that could work?
