    so here's what i did:
the firt time i tried my hdmi input on my tv everything was fine. then i installed the beta nvidia display drivers to play bioshock on my laptop. everything seemed good until i tried hooking up to my tv's hdmi input again. the image is now getting clipped. the display properties say it's at 1920x1080 but i only see the inner most 1440x900 pixels. it's like it's zoomed in by 100 pixels on the edges and 250ish pixels top and bottom. (the entire windows task bar is off screen for example on the bottom).

    here's what i've done:
i uninstalled the beta drivers and reinstalled the original drivers from the toshiba web site. however, the clipping still occurs when i output to hdmi on my tv.

anyone seen something like this before? any thoughts on what i might be able to do to fix this? aside from restoring my laptop from the rescue disk?

    any advice/help appreciated.
