I'm using the X205-sli2 and I’m getting triangle effects. Best way to explain this is walkthrough walk but I’m NOT walking through any walls in fallout 3. I tried 8 different drives for my 8600m GT the ones on Toshiba the ones on laptopvideo2go and ones from Nvidia too. Still getting the triangle effects.
I updated the bios and windows vista too. Still not luck. Does anyone have any suggestion?
I tried running fallout 3 in low resolution med resolution and high resolution all does the same effect.

    Someone suggested trying this
    Go find your fallout.ini in Documents/My Games/Fallout 3/
    1) Find iFPSClamp=0 < set this to 60
    2) You may or may not need to set your monitor refresh rate to 60

It didn't work for me :(

I have screen shot here it is.

Thanks for your help in advance

    setup:
X205-sli2 / 2.10 GHz "Penryn" Intel Core 2 Duo T8100 processor / Nvidia SLI Dual GeForce 8600M graphics (up to 767 MB of available memory)

I have gotten similar artifacts in programs on a desktop GeForce 7800GS when I overclocked the GDDR3 RAM on the card too high. Are you overclocking your GPU at all? Also, run HWMonitor (@ CPUID.com) when you game and report to us your system temperatures.

No overclocked just default settings. Ran HWMonitor getting temps of 64C on my 8600GT and 61C on my CPU.

Extra vertices like that are caused by hardware failure, not software. Since you're not overclocking, you'll need a repair center to get that fixed. I sincerely hope you're still under warranty.
