    Have your tried using nvidia drivers supplied by Toshiba? There may be less/no crashes with those drivers.

    Yep, once you move to .10 it seems anything else will not work. Its been well documented on the NVIDIA forums and looks like it will need a new card.

    Might be a good time to try another card like the 6970m or gtx 670m

    What BIOS version do you have? I have read of people with BIOS 1.70 and 296.10 drivers and their systems were working fine? But YMMV of course. Still, disappointing to see so many still having issues. Come on Nvidia!
