    hello Toshiba folks!

I would like to buy either a z93* or a z83*, preferably used and my budget is $500. I have found some local z830 for around $300 and I see that the z93* goes on ebay for a minimum of $500.

They seem more or less the same machine just with the difference of the 3rd gen intel in favor of the 935/0. I am thinking of sparing some money and get a 835 instead but I am concerned about battery life, as I think at this point any 83 has its battery more or less dead, this local person that is selling told me he gets 2 hrs out of it. I also see that batteries are at least $70.

Is it worth it to get the 93 instead of the 83? Or the battery will be just as worn? If I can save $200 I could invest in a battery and some RAM.
It seems that the 83/93 are unbeatable as far as price/weight/cpu/number of ports combination. All the 13" out there are either heavier or way more expensive, like the vaio pro 13.

    What are your thoughts?
