    CF-19 screen or touchscreen pannel

    Hi Guys Ive just picked up a CF-19 Mk1 to replace my CF-18, the screen on this CF-19 is ok when its on and indoors but when the PC is off or on outdoors it looks like some has tried to cleen it with something the shouldnt have + its got a deep scratch in, so im looking for whole screen or just the touchscreen pannel, I think im brave enough to replace it myself with a little help from you guys

    You only need to replace the screen protector If it do have. Just cost around 20buck or more.

    You can peel it off very carefully and the put the new one. Search a bit, it will show you how.

    Thanks for the info, problem is the screen had a deep scratch in it and I think its gone down further than the screen protector, what do you think

    Well there is only one way to tell...take it off and see . I have seen some bad ones but it was just the screen protector always

    techtuff on this forum may have a touchpanel, if you pull the screen protector and it's deeper than you think.
    The new panels are all bright and shiny and will need a screen protector.

    Jeff....I may have one left if he doesn't...
