    CF-51 not booting up

    some times it boots some times not! replace ram 512, 1gig 2gig all ddr2 533. Power light comes on stays on. I can hold it down then it powers off... Bought a extra off ebay. hard drive, memory all swaped parts work on the extra. When it does boot up it works fine??????
