Yeah the rear door will work for you. Check my updated pictures to make sure that what you want, and if there is anything else.

Actually you can, I've done it before coz the original casing of mine(cf-29 1.6ghz) has to many dings, dent, scratches and crack thats why I replaced it from cf-29 MK1 casing but you need to trim the ps2 hole to fit the USB port and also you need to make a slot for sd card reader and another two hole for srews below the PCMCIA. That was a year ago if I am not mistaken.

edit: Looks great thanks. And the paper you wrapped it in I thought advertising cigarettes was illegal. Theres and ad for discount tobacco in there that shows all the prices for cartons of cigarettes and liquor.
