1) Laptop SODIMM memory modules - Various Types. I have collected these for some months as well as getting alot of them in a pallet lot while on R&R leave. All have been tested using MemTest86+ for three cycles with no errors. These are all 200 pin SODIMM memory modules. The specs listed in () is either directly from the label or from research on the web.

D. 512MB NT512T64UH8A0FN-37B (512MB PC2-4200, CL4, 32x16, DDR2, 533 MHz ) 2 available

E. 512MB Samsung M470T6554BZ3-CD5 (512MB DDR2 SODIMM 200pin PC2-4200 533MHz ) 1 available

F. 512 MB Infineon HYS64T64020HDL-3.7-A (512MB 2Rx16, PC2-4200s-444-11-A0) 1 available

G. 256MB NT256T64UH4A0FN-37B (256MB PC2-4200 DDR2-533MHz ) 1 available

4) 1gb - $25 shipped, 512MB - $20 shipped, 256MB - $15 shipped.

These will cost me $5 to ship them out. If you buy more than one at the same time, I will knock off $5 for each item for the remainder of the order. What I mean is this. It will cost $25 for the first 1GB stick you want, If you order two, the second will cost you $20 (Total $45). All additional ones, $20 each. You only pay shipping for the first one.

I am selling these as-is, no refunds, no returns. Please rest assured that I have tested these and none came up with errors. I used three different computers to check them out including a CF-51. I have other items coming up too. (Batteries, CF-18 HD Caddys. 2 CF-51s for parts, CD caddy, and more)

I am currently on the road and should be home Sat. I can get to it later this weekend and should be able to ship it out Mon. I will let you know later.

As for the other parts, sorry, all I have right now are a bunch of CF-29 MK5s. Those should be coming up for sale in the near future.
