The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Skagen -

You'll need to update with your own photo and a sign with your NBR username showing item is in your possession, as per the ***BST FORM*** stickied as the top of this forum. Otherwise, the SuperMods will chew on TB's tailfeathers, and he gets cranky. With us.

How does a guy get 20 rep with 700 posts and still not know the rules that apply to the entire website?

What passes for " rep-able" in those other forums?

"Hey dewed... my Dell ran on Windoze for a whole week without crashing. I'm rock-stable now!!!"

"A whole WEEK? Rep to YOU!"

    "Rep...."
    "Rep...."
    "Rep-ity Rep...."

    "Hey! it's GREEN TOO!"

    "Oooooh... RepRepRepRepRepRepRepRep..."

    What a !

The forums CLEARLY show even the MORONS, the correct way to POST for a sale.

This clown can't be bothered with rules.

Is there a way to yank rep power??
He should be reset to ZERO!

I've withdrawn the product and will sell it elsewhere. As has been said. No, I dont read forum rules as typicially they are of a nature that is common sense and any reasonable person would follow anyway. But these rules are cleary about something else and I'm not interested in selling under such silliness. So not to worry, my laptop is no longer available in this forum.

That said, some of you posting above are laughable and need to get a life, maybe even you need help. I see you've been on this forum for much less time than me, you post more often and you have little rep to show for so many posts. Clearly this is because all your time here is spent depositing digital manure, just like you're doing right here.

Feel free to actually try and help people - or just stay out of the way. For example, if there is a "for sale" thread in which you aint buying anything, spare us your useless "input".

Instead of "notebook deity" his title should be "notebook d*^kh^%d"....Goes to show just how useless the number of "reps" someone has goes to show his/her abilities...or maturity...

Yes, another "winner" who has accumulated a lot of posts in a short time, but apparently has said very little that anyone found to be of value. Are you folks having a convention today?

If there are going to be so many pointless rules, how about more obvious one for those who think a "for sale" thread is an appropriate venue for aimless drivel.

Golly..it sure didn't take long for a reply! Which proves two points, one, it appears someone else has nothing better to do than cruise the forums hoping to submit something more than useless drivel and two, it never takes much to get the kids in the crowd to react exactly as we would expect... :)

The rules here are posted by the owner of the site. He clearly does not think them silly. Perhaps you SHOULD start reading some of the rules!

As for the others responses.... Joking is also not supposed to be allowed in the BST forum nor lowball offers, nor many other things.

But you were asked twice to comply with the rules and you passed them off as laughable and silly and they should not pertain to you... If you invite abuse... It is impolite not to accept it!

The members of the Panasonic forums take helping others seriously as has been witnessed by the growth of this forum over the past few years. If you do not want to follow the rules... Please STAY OUT of the Panasonic forums. If you have any issue with this you may take it up with me via PM as this thread is CLOSED!
