    This has the usual scratches and wear from outdoor use. Nothing major and the system runs just fine.
    Touchscreen has been calibrated (can use your finger or the attached stylus), Windows XP SP3 has also been loaded and Virus Protection up to date with Windows Essentials. I've included a dual boot option with Linux which allows you more versatility. Simply turn on the unit and you will get a boot screen, choose either XP or Linux and you are on your way to connecting wirelessly and surfing the internet.
