    I can't find any computer store selling fully tough Toughbook in Akihabara , shibuya , also the osaka and kobe, so can you kindly let me know where I can find it? < arigato >

    Hi rob, yep heartland also ship to japan. However the shipping cost is incredibly expensive, they only accept fedex express. And we are staying in tough book home town, so it should have some shop that we can buy more cheaper. Anyway, thank you for your replied, I appreciate that.

    find out what your national service center in japan is. For the USA it is Heartland, I know europe, asia and japan each have their own centers as well
