    Ken -

First off - Welcome to the forum! We have a LOT of info on your new toy, so please start out by reading the Toughbook Resource thread and the FAQ appropriate to your model family. BTW if the model you posted is correct, that means it is a CF-29, not a CF-28. ;)

Next - Now that you've moved your question to a new post, people will see it - good idea. :D

And next - the primary source for new Toughbook parts is Heartland (as outlined in both FAQs) : http://www.heartlandsi.com/contact/contact_us.aspx

And finally -if you are asking for someone on this forum to SELL you a caddy, then you REALLY should post in the Buy/Sell/Trade forum - and please, let us know if it is the hard drive caddy or the CDROM caddy you are looking for.

I don't want to dampen your Toughbook spirit; if I seem a bit harsh it's because we regulars do get a bit tired of spoon-feeding noobs information that could be found in 5 minutes just by reading the clearly labeled FAQs & MUST-READ stickies at the top of the forum.

Welcome to the madness, and don't be afraid to poke around in the corners - that's where the fun stuff is!
