The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I have no means of testing this as I don't have a power supply or screen!

    If it doesn't work, I'll refund you.

    Parts I have:

    Kingston ktp-bau/256 RAM stick - $20
    Motherboard with 900MHz/1mb CPU - $10
    Bottom casing with XP Pro license, rubber strap, etc - $10
    Top casing has some cracking near right hinge. Palrest looks ok but has chip near latch - $5

    Or take it all for $40 shipped to USA.
