    Hello all, Greetings from the Netherlands What a relief it was to find this site, I was seriously struggling with my Toughbook before I found you!
    I have just bought a MK 5 CF-29 NAQGXBM & I would like to buy a set of recovery discs,
    looking on the Windows label on the underside the disks have the code number DFQX3993XA
    Can anyone Help please?

    Sorry but I must of sold them. Someone on here should be able to help you out. It's a three disk set.

    You could try emailing the UK Parts department, they sorted out my CF-30 Recovery Discs:

    The part numbers they supplied me were as follows:

    CF-30 Mk2 (XP Recovery Disc) = DFQM8355MAE (UK Version)
    CF-30 Mk2 (Vista Recovery Disc) = DFQM8357MAE (UK Version)
    CF-30 Mk3 (Vista Recovery Disc) = DFQM8450MAE (UK Version)

    Each Disc cost me £14.59p + VAT.
