    The title says the most of it, cosmetics don't matter much, though the integrity does matter alot. Price matters alot, its for a friend who is not all that well off. This one will see alot of rough travel in places where you can't 'just get it fixed' by someone who is only moderately computer savy.

    If it was a digitizer rather then a touchscreen model, yes.

    But as it is, no. I'm looking to get one for my niece who is also an artist, and is leaving soon to donate time to a charity that operates in the middle east... thank you for taking the time to contact me.
