    SN, Check my listing for Lind 12v power supplies just below on the forum;

    8) The Toughbook of power supplies, will work with all Toughbooks prior to CF-29/CF-19. I'm not sure of the cutoff on 50s, 70s etc. If you have one of the later models you'll need one of these;

    Lind Electronics-CBLOP-F00691 The link failed.

    They're a good deal even buying the cable which you need to get it to work on a CF-29.

    15.6vdc to 16.0vdc if you are using the standard panasonic ac adapter ,or it will work fine on the lind adapter at 15.0vdc
    The cf-29 uses the new style "yellow" plug the same as your cf-18

    56ih,
    The one I just sent you will work with your CF-18, just order the other cable CBLOP-F00691 from Lind. I do have 12-32v input, 15.6v output ones for $6 more if you need one. Good for up to 35v input according to Lind technical support.
    EDIT: Read this one first, you have already solved problem it seems.

    Thanks for hooking me up. That Lind website link was the missing link I was looking for.
