This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Looking for the following items for a CF-29

    -Hard drive ribbon cable
    -Hard drive heater & protective shell with foam on it
    -AC Power Adapter/Cable
    -WWAN Cover that mounts above the battery compartment (need the stock one for a CF-29 without a WWAN card)

    Creoden... You would need the whole hard drive caddy, that costs a lot of money... prolly about $140 USD... Just an FYI

    I have the metal shell, I was hoping someone would have the innards of one that they were missing the shell for :) people can hope :p

    Does this mean you have a WWAN card you are removing, or that your unit has an empty, uncovered WWAN/GPS bay?

    Yeah - this was the vendor I was talking about when I said I'd "seen the cable from China for $20-something shipped" when we were discussing the "not-yet-ready-for-primetime" CF-29 HDD caddy that guy was selling on fleaBay...
