WTB: touchscreen toughbook, 1ghz or faster

I want a toughbook full rugged with a touchscreen. It MUST have a 1ghz or faster cpu. Not looking to spend an arm and a leg, so I'm looking at 28s and 29s. Absolutely not look for anything over $400. Should be in good condition, include ac adapter and battery.

It may be missing hard drive and os, but I need the hdd caddy.

I'm not looking to spend $400 for a cf28. $400 would be for a very nice cf29. $250 would be my top end for a 28...

 

You can easily acquire a cf29 for that price off ebay in good condition with everythig you wanted

 

I realize what a CF-28 is worth. I don't rip off anyone, and not pleased you would imply that especially in front of my friends here. Just thought you might like some custom features in that price range like a nice emissive keyboard or powerful wifi setup ....

You may be able to find a MK1 cf-29 or maybe a slight bit better for under $400... But ebay is always a crap-shoot.

I have a 1 ghz touchscreen that the hard drive just crapped out on...

Not sure if I want to install another one just now. It was a spare anyways.

Battery is included, but it is weak. Power supply is fine.

All covers/feet etc. installed and in excellent condition. No optical drives.

Screen is perfect.

Top cover is scratched, but not terrible.

I didnt imply that I was just clarifying what I was looking for. Also, you know I'm new here, so I don't know anything about which members are trustworthy, reliable, etc, so I have to be a bit cautious by default. Hope you didn't take serious offense. if you can live without the touchscreen this chap on ebay will sell you a 1.6ghz CF29 Mk5 with media pocket battery, my main was a yellow tab, emissive keyboard and 3g WWAN option for $400! Ive added a 2gb ram module and running win7 business fine on it
