I just want to give it a try, I'm not really sure I want to do that because this CF-30 is my first toughbook that I never had a need to modify, everything is in there. But, if it worth it...

So why do I want to trade it? Well... (here we go)
I'm a technician. The company that I'm working with provided my a Cargo Van. I had the CF-30 full setup in the van. Recently, the company changed their fleet to a smaller vans Ford Connect. Now, the CF-30 is too big to fit in this Ford Connect van. So I bought CF-18 Mk4 and I love it. But it is too slow for what I do.
So I'm thinking if any of you have CF-19 Mk3 and would like to trade... Your CF-19 Mk3 doesn't have to be with all the toys and Whistles.

See my signature below for my CF-30 specs.
I'll try to answer any question :)

    Thanks.

Would a new (70 hour) CF-19 MK2 fit your needs? It has a GPS if that makes a difference. Afraid the WWAN is Verizon. PM for further if you're interested.

    Thanks,

Jeff.....you keep as many goodies as you can...let's talk..or not :D

The WWAN cards can be swapped. Just requires resetting the dip switches on both.

    Rami,
It's going in the mailbox now for pickup at 1500. Included drive is for the same mark. It won't run from USB drive. I tried. :) But it has all the files.

Thank you. The CF-30 looks good in the pics. Feel free to swap the WWAN card/chip. The lamb wouldn't fit in the box.

    Jeff......tracking to your email.....

    Jeff,
I finally had the time last night to open the CF-19 and fix the touchscreen.
I need to stick that air bubble under the keyboard. But, I'm going to keep the CF-19.

    Thanks for trusting me.
Your CF-30 should arrive by Friday. Sorry for the delay. (see your email for info)

    Rami,

No problem. It sounds like the CF-30 may go to a local fire department for their Rescue unit.

Two layers of double stick scotch tape?

I'm still recovering from the crash of 2012. Haven't checked my email in a while.

What's your take on the TSPCB? Seemed like a built in problem to me. The old style connectors were tougher.

    Thanks,

    Jeff

Tape on the cable and silicone on the connector.
    Works for me.
