    Looking to buy a Panasonic OEM restore disk for a CF-29CWPCCKM . If I am right it is a MK1 . On my COA it list the disk number as DFQX3988XA .
    I live in Canada but have a fixed mailing address for USA too (Maine) Have paypal , eBay used id. nickscards (1392) 100 % feedback

    Access the BIOS by hitting F2 at startup and check the BIOS version number and post it back here. That will tell us what MK your laptop is so we can assist you further.

    So yes, you are correct. You do need an MK1 restore disk. I would suggest a PM to JB007 to see if he can ASSIST you....

    Hey guys, I think i know the answer to this.... but can i still use the restore disk to get back my touchscreen, keyboard, etc controls with Windows7? Also, how would i go about getting a restore disk for a cf-29 MK4?

    No, for W7 you are on your own
    You will have to download those from panasonic downloads
    The restore disks just back up your cf-29 to a factory state
    They have no drivers that can be extracted from them
