    There is not much to this caddy
    All plastic,a small amount of foam, no heater
    Typical of semi rugged/business class caddies

    With the exception of missing the harddrive caddy, AC adapter and batteries they all work.i have booted them up with WinXPE and there is no issues.

    They all have touch screens, all except two have wireless and i have the original revovery dvd, most have 512 ram some have 1 gig ram
