    Hi guys,
I'm trying to get a replacement driver for the touchpad for my vaio. The stock one is working, but I found in this thread:
    http://forum.notebookreview.com/thr...o-z-2011-series-owners-thread.590723/page-145

That the driver that synaptics provided on their website fixes a problem that has long annoyed me on my vaio - that the touchpad is too small. The oem driver allows for pointing/scrolling to also be detected when your finger is over the touchpad buttons, rather than stopping just above them.

However, synaptic don't have a driver on their website anymore, and on the drivers page they just advise you to use the oem driver from sony.

Did anyone by chance download the driver for their 2012 vaio Z (for windows 7 64bit) and still have it saved somewhere?

I had a few years with a mac and my vaio got stuck under the bed. However I've now rediscovered how good it is, but the tiny touchpad still annoys me!

    Thanks a lot!
    Jon
