    Hi just wanted to share my problem and how i resolved it .

    I had issues with my z21 webcam kept going off and it kept stuttering or freezing.


    i tried everything on the internet possible...... !!!!

    only to realise i had to install directx 9.0 :)
    that fixed it... my webcam is as good as it can get

    gee I have directX11 and mine doesn't work at all had to go to skype
