    Hello, my name is Sean and I'm from Ireland.

    I am a owner of a VGN-NS10L,

    I do not have the Vista installation disc and since my Laptop was bought last Christmas, I don't qualify for the Windows 7 upgrade.

    I would like to know how can I do a clean reinstall/reformat of Vista without the disc. (If there is a way)

    Can anyone help?
